A Legacy Mindset.

As a multi-generational, privately held family office, Empire Capital operates beyond the limits of market cycles. Our decisions are shaped by legacy, stewardship, and the long view - prioritising assets that endure, relationships that strengthen over time, and outcomes that will benefit future generations.

Investing in the Real and Enduring

Our focus lies in tangible, long-term investments - waterfront precincts, infrastructure, and community-enriching assets that create measurable impact. We build and hold projects with intrinsic value, resisting speculation in favour of purposeful ownership and sustainable growth.

A Global View, Anchored Locally

With offices in Auckland, Monaco, and London, Empire Capital combines international reach with deep local insight. Our global perspective informs every investment, yet our roots remain firmly embedded in New Zealand’s coastal and industrial landscape - shaping how we invest, develop, and contribute.
